Tribal Records is the official data collection and demographic clearinghouse for the Pueblo. The office gathers and collects information to maintain both Enrollment (Tribal Census) and Property Management databases.

There are two primary roles of the Tribal Records Office (TRO) including:

Tribal Enrollment Services
Tribal Property Management

Enrollment Services provides for the compilation and documentation for the Pueblo Membership.  We assist members in researching and obtaining genealogical records, updating membership records, and process applications for new enrollments.

Property Management primarily serves to protect, conserve and administer the property investments for the Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo.

Tribal Records also generates statistical data for use by various intra agencies for federal funding purposes.  We issue Tribal Membership Identification cards and maintains’ demographic data in the Pueblo’s electronic database.

The staff is comprised of Esequiel (Zeke) Garcia, Tribal Records Officer, and Allison Cedillo, Tribal Records Clerk. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Tribal Records staff diligently strives toward assisting its Tribal Membership with related enrollment issues and the perpetual enrollment of future generations of the Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo.
